I totally understand how hard it can be to keep active, with kids, family, career, and find ways to make quick healthy choices with life pulling you in so many directions. My passion for cooking and business led me to own a guest experience consultation business working with many restaurants in our region . This allowed me to learn the world of nutritional smoothies and the emerging health hydration market and finally to open my own  shop.

We are a locally family owned and operated small business right here in Northport Alabama, the City I grew up in and love, where my high school sweetheart proposed marriage, and where we are currently raising our two young sons. We wanted to give a nod to the city where some of the most significant points in my life happened that has given me so much! I want each visit to be personal—we’d like to get to know our customers and welcome them as members of the KenTu Nutrition family. We are here to support &  encourage your health goals, try our healthy nutrition products, and learn more about you. Our visitors mean more to us than a simple ‘walk-in-walk-out’ transaction. Our goal is for each guest leave with a smile on their face, feeling like they’ve made a friend and found a new go-to hydration nutrition shop.
